SPA may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the SPA website.

SPA has provided links and pointers to Internet sites maintained independently by third parties. Such linked sites are not under the control of SPA and SPA is not responsible for the contents (including the accuracy, legality or decency) of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. SPA is providing these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SPA of the linked site. Furthermore all third party sites are solely responsible for their own privacy policies and anyone making use of those sites should review their respective privacy policies and must understand that SPA's privacy policy relates solely to the SPA website and the services provided by SPA.
