PIQET Service Disclaimer

Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions for access to and the use of the Sustainable Packaging Alliance Limited's PIQET Service are outlined in a non-exclusive, non-transferable license signed by the Sustainable Packaging Alliance Limited (SPA) or its agent (the Licensor) and the subscriber or its agent (the Licensee).

The Licensee confirms authorised users (the User) in writing to SPA and is responsible to ensure that the User complies with all conditions of the license.

User Access

The PIQET Service is only accessible to authorised users upon signing of the license agreement and payment of subscription fees, and who are nominated by the Licensee and confirmed in writing to SPA.

By accessing PIQET, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

No Guarantees

SPA shall use its best efforts to maintain the PIQET Service (the Service) according to the License Agreement, but gives no warranty as to the quality, capacity or availability of the Service whether due to security breach, maintenance or otherwise. The Licensee releases SPA from any liability it may have to the User for any direct or consequential loss the User may suffer as a result of the loss of access to the Service or in any way related to SPA's maintenance of the Service.

To the maximum extent that the law allows neither SPA nor any officer, employee or agent of SPA, shall be liable to the Licensee for any claim for breach of warranty or representation, express or implied, arising out of negligence and in no event shall SPA be liable for any damages, including consequential loss or damages arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the Service.

SPA cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files or data available for downloading through the SPA website or any service provided through it will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Licensees are solely responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy their data safety requirements.
